体坛：这个赛季结束后，你对于整个中超、中国足球的认识有变化吗？
穆斯卡特：很难准确描述或评价，因为我之前只是通过电视观看过中超联赛。而且，这个赛季也让我注意到许多球队存在变动，包括换教练等。我现在考虑的是如何在稳住表现基础上进一步提升。如果只重复上一年的做法，就很难取得进步。因此，我将精力集中在提高体能和技战术方面，以期达到新的高度。
体坛：你曾执教日本和澳大利亚联赛，都获得过冠军，现在来到中国又拿下冠军，对这三个国家的足球有什么看法？ < p >< strong > 穆 斯 卡 特 : 我们总是喜欢比较，但需要明确一些背景。例如，在澳超级联赛施行“工资帽”，而日本则没有类似限制，中超同样缺乏这一机制但却有限薪政策，因此直接比较是不太合理。不过，不可否认的是，中超联盟竞技水平相当高，与以往相比更加积极主动，有助于球员成长。此外，中国球迷热情洋溢，一些客场赛事感觉就像是在自家主场一样，他们对此给予了巨大的支持，这是非常令人振奋的一点. < p >< strong > 体 场 ： 中国人普遍认为结果大于一切，你想传达给中国观众怎样的新理念呢? < P >< STRONG>MUSKAT:I believe that focusing on results is a common trait around the world, not just in China. In both Australia and China, investment should primarily focus on children around the age of ten because they are essential for future World Cup success. If we only concentrate on short-term achievements with our current player pool, improvement will be challenging. We need to cultivate young players who can surpass their predecessors over time; this approach does not prioritize immediate results but rather sustainable performance and outcomes.
This season's preparation phase is crucial as it influences overall performance next year. Many successful footballing nations like Spain have continuously produced generations of talented players through long-term planning—something critical if teams want sustained success.
The summer transfer window saw several European clubs express interest in you yet you turned them down—why?
MUSKAT: The timing was simply not right nor aligned with my interests at that moment; I’m pleased to continue working with Shanghai Port FC which is heading in the right direction.
You mentioned Postecoglou earlier—how much impact has he had on you?
MUSKAT: A significant influence! Having worked together for about fifteen months made me appreciate his philosophy deeply while also recognizing how difficult it can be turning principles into observable actions accepted by players during matches.
I enjoy watching all types of coaches from different countries since continuous evolution within oneself remains vital—you cannot stay stagnant!.. The goal going forward would certainly expand alongside increased competition facing us next year too!*</u>>
